A 5-Month journey for men in their 20s and 30s

Most men never receive a real map for adulthood.

We learn how to perform, cope, earn, distract ourselves, and push through. But very few of us are ever shown how to live from inner authority. How to relate well. How to handle money, meaning, desire, fear, faith, and direction in a way that actually works in real life.

I didn’t have that map either. No father, uncle, or elder who walked with me through these thresholds. I spent over 25 years learning by trial and error—often the hard way.

This group is the container I wish existed for me in my twenties.

It’s a five-month, weekly online journey for a small group of men who know something needs to change—not just in their circumstances, but in how they are living from the inside.

If you feel stuck between the man you’ve been and the man you sense you’re meant to become, this is for you.

About this Program

This is a guided men’s group for up to 20 men, meeting online for 90 minutes each week over five months (minus breaks).

ARather than self-help hype or rigid “rules for being a man,” this work helps you:

  • Get clear on what actually matters to you

  • Let go of outdated identities and coping strategies

  • Rebuild inner authority

  • Reflect on timeless principles for living an intentional, soul-aligned life

  • And begin making clean, grounded decisions about your life


Across five months, we move through five integrated phases:

  1. Foundations

    Getting your body, sleep, nervous system, and daily rhythms out of survival mode so you’re not running on fumes.

  2. Maps

    Understanding your psychology and patterns—fear, shame, protection strategies, etc, using various tools to help you stop being run by what you don’t see.

  3. Compass

    Clarifying your values, spirituality, and the kind of man you actually want to become (not just the one you’ve been performing).

  4. Craft

    Designing your work, money, habits, and environment to support your life rather than quietly draining you.

  5. Depth

    Learning to live from a deeper centre and sense how your life might contribute beyond mere personal success.

This is not about becoming someone else. It’s about living as who you already are deep down - without hiding, numbing, or pretending.

Who this is for

This group is for you if you are a man in your 20s or 30s who:

You don’t need to be “falling apart” to belong here. You simply need a sense that the way you’ve been living is not the whole story—and the willingness to show up, be real, and grow in good company.

Over five months, we explore:

  • Health & nervous system foundations

    Sleep, energy, body awareness, and the habits that stabilise your life from the ground up.

  • Inner psychology & identity

    Emotions, fear, shame, attachment patterns, family dynamics, and the shift from ego-based living to integrated selfhood.

  • Spirituality & values

    Your relationship with God, meaning, conscience, and what a good life actually looks like for you beneath cultural pressure.

  • Work, money & life design

    Attention, habits, income direction, career experiments, and money practices that support—not sabotage—your future.

  • Soul & contribution

    Beginning to sense the deeper “giveaway” your life carries and how your presence might matter beyond you.


Each week you leave with simple, practical experiments to bring into real life. Over time, those small moves compound into a very different way of living.

How it works

  • Format: Weekly 90-minute live sessions online

  • Duration: 5 months (20 sessions)

  • Each session includes:

    • A short teaching

    • Guided reflection or exercise

    • Honest group conversation and coaching around real life

  • Between sessions:

    Simple prompts, practices, and questions to support integration, as well as an online .

  • Facilitation:

    Led by me, drawing on 25+ years of lived experience in spirituality, leadership, psychology, and men’s formation.


You are invited to bring your real life into the room: work, relationships, money, sex, faith, doubt, habits, and identity. The aim is not perfection. The aim is movement.
